Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries. We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together. The Data Farm Program Manager owns operational coordination between the Engineering team and the Data Farm, a high-throughput autonomous welding data generation environment, ensuring that welding Design of Experiments (DOEs) are executed accurately, on schedule, and on the correct welding cell(s), ensuring high experiment throughput, schedule adherence, and execution quality. This is a program-level coordination role requiring a solid working knowledge of welding processes, strong cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent DOEs across as many as 8 dedicated welding cells. The Program Manager works closely with Data Farm supervisors and Engineering stakeholders to keep experiments on track and data quality high, proactively identifying execution risks, resolving scheduling conflicts, and escalating blockers to maintain DOE throughput. What You’ll DoDOE Coordination & ExecutionAct as the operational lead, coordinating between Engineering and the Data Farm for
