Position Title: Patient Affordability Implementation AnalystFLSA Classification: ExemptReports To: Director, Patient Affordability Implementation**Preference is given to candidates residing in Raleigh - Durham, NC Area**SummaryAs a Patient Affordability Implementation Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of patient affordability programs for our pharmaceutical and hub service clients.This position involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy solutions that meet client needs and achieve project and timeline objectives.The Implementation Analyst will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial planning through post-implementation support and hand off to account teams.Essential FunctionsProject Planning and Coordination:Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements.System Configuration and Customization:Configure internal systems based on client requirements and best practices.Customize functionalities and workflows to align with client processes and business goals.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct comprehensive testing of configured solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity.Address and resolve any issues identified during testing phases.Client Communication and Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation projects.Maintain regular communication to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.Project Documentation and Reporting:Document project progress, issues, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.Post-Implementation Support:Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and gather client feedback.Identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements based on client feedback and internal assessments.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma RequiredBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 1 year of program implementationStrong technical aptitude and understanding of patient affordability programsProficiency with project planning software, such as JIRA, SmartSheets, and Monday.com.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position is an individual contributor.Working ConditionsWork is generally performed within an indoor office environment utilizing standard office equipment.General office environment requiring: frequent sitting; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse; walking and standing for long periods of time; and lifting of less than 20 pounds.Ability to travel at least 15% for various on-site meetings in the Las Vegas area, Raleigh area, or client locations as directed by leadership.This is a remote position. You are expected to maintain an appropriate working environment conducive to the tasks listed above.
