Therefore, as industrial demand increases, we must develop our team accordingly.\nJob Purpose\nTo safely and efficiently maintain operations by setting up and running a milling machine. On-the-job training will be provided for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.\nSchedule\n“Second Shift”, Full Time.\n4:00 pm to 2:30 am from Monday to Thursday. Overtime on Fridays as needed.\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance ($75.00/mo. for employees, Master Machine will pay the rest.)\nMedical\nDental\nLife\nAdditional Voluntary Life Insurance Program\n401k Match Program\nProfit Sharing Program\nReferral Program\nEmployee of the Month Program\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Holidays\nPaid Time Off\nCompensation Growth\nPrimary Duties\nLoading and unloading fixtures on CNC machines.\nTumbling\nPackaging\nPerforming in-progress quality checks and inspections using proper equipment.\nUtilizing equipment properly, according to standards.\nMaintaining equipment, according to standards.\nRecording productivity.\nEssential Qualifications\nBe able to communicate effectively.\nHave experience operating CNC lathes (min. 2 years).\nBe able to understand and follow standards, protocols, and procedures without excessive redirection.\nHave exemplary detail-oriented skills.\nBe able to cooperate with all co-workers and staff.\nBe mechanically inclined.\nBe able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.\nMaintain basic English communication skills.\nExperience with reading blueprints, and using micrometers and calipers is beneficial. ***\nPhysical Requirements\nBe able to lift 50 pounds consistently, and without help.\nBe able to carry, bend, push, and twist.
