End User Specialist
Position OverviewEverest Reps is seeking a driven, relationship-focused End User Specialist to develop and grow demand within the Houston market. This role is responsible for creating pull-through sales by working directly with end users—including custodial managers, facility directors, and building service contractors—and partnering closely with distribution sales teams.This is a high-impact role focused on driving product adoption, delivering measurable cost savings, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User DevelopmentBuild and manage relationships with key end users across education, healthcare, foodservice, and commercial facilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve cleaning programs through labor savings and product efficiencyConduct facility audits and present tailored solutionsSales & Demand CreationDrive specifications and product conversions that pull through distributor partnersExecute product demonstrations, trials, and training programsTrack and manage a strong pipeline of opportunitiesDistributor PartnershipWork alongside distributor sales reps to support joint sales calls and close opportunitiesProvide product expertise and assist in positioning programs to win businessSupport distributor growth initiatives within assigned accountsProgram ImplementationLead onboarding of new programs, ensuring successful adoption and measurable resultsTrain end users on proper product usage to maximize performance and ROIMonitor and report on program success, including labor and consumption savingsQualifications1+ years of outside sales experience (JanSan, facility supply, or related preferred)Proven ability to influence end users and drive demand through distributionStrong presentation and demonstration skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independentlyExperience working with custodial managers, BSCs, or facility decision-makers is a plusCore CompetenciesRelationship builder with a consultative sales approachStrong business acumen with a focus on ROI-driven sellingOrganized, disciplined, and results-orientedComfortable working in both independent and team-based selling environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeIncreased product adoption within key Houston accountsStrong alignment and engagement with distributor partnersMeasurable cost savings delivered to end usersConsistent pipeline growth and territory expansion
