Production Associate

Summary:Under the supervision of the Lead Production Director, the Production Associate will provide support for Church Unlimited Audio, Video, & Lighting (AVL) and IT needs.Essential Job Functions:Communicate the vision, mission and values of Church UnlimitedLead, serve, and support during weekend services and special eventsIdentify, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve AVL problemsInstall and position lights, lighting equipment, video cameras and other equipmentConduct training sessions for volunteers on operation of AVL equipmentDevelop manuals, texts, videos, workbooks, or related materials for use in trainingProvide AVL support at weddings, funerals, rehearsals or other special eventsAttend worship team rehearsals to provide AVL supportDesign and execute set designsPerform basic computer maintenance through routine updates & troubleshooting of church computers, routers and serversOther duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities (if Applicable)NoneSkill/Ability/Knowledge RequirementsAuthentic follower of Christ; pursuing the Lord with heart, mind and soul; passionate about evangelismFully committed to the vision and values of Church UnlimitedAble to operate, install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair AVL equipment used in multimedia productionsKnowledge of video camera and lighting techniques is helpfulMust be self-motivated, creative and flexibleDetail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searchesAbility to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience In a Church Ministry Setting PreferredPowered by JazzHRMKyRpHNCTS
