He brings more than 25 years of experience in both commercial and federal application architecture delivery, with extensive management and leadership expertise.\r\nPrior to Finch AI, Todd was a senior leader on the AWS National Security Team, where he managed a significant portion of the Human Systems business. In that role, he oversaw a comprehensive portfolio of some of the team's largest customers and led one of the largest public sector programs. He also previously ran a successful consulting organization, helping customers merge technology with mission outcomes.\r\nTodd is a graduate of James Madison University and holds a Master of Science degree from The George Washington University.\r\nScott Lightner is one of Finch AI's original founders and today serves as Chief Scientist.
