The company’s brand portfolio includes the leading brands Domino®, C&H®, Redpath®, Tate & Lyle®, Lyle’s® and Sidul®.\n\nOverview:\nWorks under the direction of Maintenance Supervisor to make sure equipment in their assigned area is kept in top running condition.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nResponsible for providing maintenance services through the refinery.\nPerforms mechanical trouble shooting and repairs.\nPerform routine and preventative maintenance services, including; troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, rigging, metal fabrication and repairs (welding/burning), pipe installation and repairs, and building crafts work.\nPerform cleaning and lubrication on mechanical equipment.\nWork with other refinery maintenance and operations personnel to handle normal everyday problems.\nWill be assigned to one of the maintenance groups, which include: refinery maintenance, warehouse, pipe/metal, building crafts, garage and raw sugar maintenance.\nReliable and Predictable In-Person Attendance\nAble to work overtime on a daily and weekly basis\n\nJob Requirements\nAbility to work overtime, rotating shifts and weekends on a regular basis\nHave a high regard and ownership for personal safety and the safety of others.\nAbility to perform tasks wearing required PPE such as protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.\nAbility to work as part of a team in a unionized environment.\n\nEducation and/or Experience\nAt least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or service organization.\n\nHourly Rate:\n$39.49\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
