We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You'll assist overseeing building maintenance, supporting company programs and audits, and coordinating both internal and external events. Additionally, you'll maintain our lobby and reception area, welcome visitors, and manage corporate directories. If you have experience in reception, security, and facilities coordination, along with proficient computer skills, we want to hear from you. Join us and be a crucial part of our team, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient workplace for everyone!Location:This role is required to be onsite daily at our San Jose, CA corporate office between 8am – 5pm.You Will Make An Impact By Being Responsible ForSupport managing vendors and oversee utilities, facilities services, security, and HVAC systemsAdministering and maintain facilities systems, including access control, security, CCTV, safety, helpdesk, and mass notificationsOverseeing building and infrastructure maintenance, equipment upkeep, and annual preventative maintenance programsSupporting company programs, trainings, and audits, including EAP, safety, security, ISO, SOC2, BCP, OSHA, and ESGCoordinating and providing support for both internal and external company eventsHandling project management tasks, creating and managing spreadsheets, project trackers, and regular reportsMaintaining the lobby and reception areaGreeting welcome, and direct visitors appropriately, and notify company personnel of visitor arrivalsMaintaining corporate directories and telecommunications systemsFollowing and enforcing company security procedures, and manage building access and CCTV systemsMaintaining and managing inventory for kitchen, office, and other suppliesRestocking kitchen and office supply cabinets dailyPerforming light cleaning around the facility as neededHandle mail processing, shipping, and receivingAssisting other departments on an ad hoc basisYou Will Be a Great Fit If You HaveHigh School Diploma required. 2-year Degree preferred3+ years of work experience in facilities, security and receptionAbility to be onsite daily M-F 8am to 5pm with occasional weekendsComputer and MS Office skillsTelephone usage in a business environmentInventory and supply managementVendor ManagementSystems Administration experienceKnowledge and use of hand tools Ability to lift 25+ pounds and climb a ladderYou Excel In These Key CompetenciesOrganized and great time management skillsMaintain professionalism in a busy environment with multiple prioritiesCustomer Focus and Service orientedGood communication skills and a great attitudeThe hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $24.00.
