This role demands a seasoned understanding of program management principles and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Your work:· Program Leadership and Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives involving intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and agentic AI capabilities—from ideation through implementation and stabilization. Ensure projects are aligned, integrated, and managed effectively so outcomes support overall program goals and strategic objectives.· Strategy and Planning: Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, success measures, and delivery roadmaps. Develop and adjust strategies as needed to maintain alignment with organizational priorities.· Program Oversight: Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, budget inputs, risks, issues, and resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure efficient delivery and effective use of resources.· Solution Implementation: Coordinate delivery of IDP solutions, including document intake, OCR, classification, extraction, validation, exception handling, and downstream integration. Oversee agentic AI use cases that automate multi-step workflows, support business decisions, and improve operational efficiency.· Governance and Quality: Ensure solutions are delivered with appropriate governance, security, compliance, quality controls, and human oversight. Implement quality assurance processes, conduct reviews, and monitor key performance indicators to measure success and drive improvement.· Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across operations, product, engineering, architecture, data, security, legal/compliance, change management, and vendors. As applicable, partner with the enterprise portfolio management office to ensure broader alignment.· Business Readiness and Adoption: Work with business readiness and change management partners to drive business readiness activities, including processredesign, change management, training, communications, and post-launch adoption support, to help ensure successful implementation and sustained value.· Performance Reporting and Value Realization: Develop executive-level program reports that provide insight into performance, risks, opportunities, and value realization.
