Analyzes requirements and determines which requirements have a software component. The software requirements are translates those requirements into software instructions enter either by hand or through an automated tool used to generate code.\n\n*Duties:*\n\n* With assistance, break down program specifications into their simplest elements and translate into code\n* With assistance, clarify actions the program is intended to perform\n* Work as a part of a team to write a specific section of code\n* Write detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users\n* Combine all elements of a program design and test it\n* Conduct User acceptance testing\n* Guide the design and development process to completion\n* Establish detailed program specification through discussion with government stakeholders critical portions of programs to ensure proper operation\n\n*Qualifications:*\n\n* TS/SCI w/Full Scope Polygraph\n* Shall have a minimum of a Bachelor of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university and a minimum of twelve (12) years of software/system development work experience or a Masters of Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with technical expertise in three (3) or more of the following areas:\n* System Requirements Analysis\n* Software System Design\n* Software System Development\n* Software System Integration\n* Software System Testing\n* In addition to the requirements above, the individual shall have at least ten (10) years of work experience in four (4) or more of the following areas:\n* Developing embedded software systems in assembly, C, C++, or other proprietary languages.\n* Developing embedded software systems in one or more of the following operating system environments: Unix, Linux, Windows, VxWorks, or vendor-proprietary operating systems.\n* Experience with operating system internals with one or more of the following operating systems: Unix, Linux, Windows, VxWorks, or vendor-proprietary operating systems.\n* Reverse engineering and analysis of software.\n* Low-level programming of device drivers in a Unix, Linux, or Windows environment.\n* Bit-level data analysis.\n* Systems engineering of large-scale embedded systems.\n* Hands-on experience with integrating hardware and software systems.\n\nJoin us in shaping the future of enterprise technology by applying your expertise in systems engineering!
