This role acts as the technical integrator across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and BIM, ensuring designs are internally consistent, meet customer specifications, and are ready for construction — including ownership of technical standards, specifications, RFIs, and design quality reviews.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\n• Coordinate technical integration across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and BIM disciplines to ensure TFO designs are consistent and construction-ready\n\n• Own the RFI process for TFO projects, routing technical questions to the correct discipline and ensuring timely, accurate resolution\n\n• Maintain and evolve technical standards, specifications, and design guidelines used across all TFO disciplines\n\n• Lead design quality reviews at key milestones, checking deliverables against customer requirements and code compliance\n\n• Support the Director, Tenant Fit-Out in evaluating new customer technical requirements and assessing design impacts before scoping\n\n• Partner with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and BIM to flag technical risks early in the design process\n\n• Serve as a technical resource for less experienced engineers across disciplines, promoting consistent design practices\n\nQualifications\n\n• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field\n\n• 8+ years of engineering experience in data center or mission-critical facility design, spanning multiple technical disciplines\n\n• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural design as applied to data hall white space\n\n• Experience managing RFI processes, design reviews, or technical standards programs\n\n• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills\n\n• Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary range and performance bonus program\n401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match\n100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability\nPaid Time Off + Sick time\n\nApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.\n\nPrime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
