The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Fanuc and Siemens control systems, CNC machine operations, CAD/CAM programming, and machining process optimization. This role also involves supporting customers and dealers with CNC applications, troubleshooting, and process improvements.\n\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n\n* Develop, optimize, and debug CNC machining programs for milling, turning, VMC, TC, and multi-axis machines.\n* Perform CNC machine setup, tooling setup, and machine operation using Fanuc and Siemens controls.\n* Support CNC machining processes including cutting theory, tooling selection, feeds, and speeds optimization.\n* Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify machining programs.\n* Troubleshoot CNC programming, machine operation, and machining process issues.\n* Provide technical support and application assistance to customers, dealers, and end users.\n* Assist with machine demonstrations, customer training, and process improvement activities.\n\n*Required Qualifications:*\n\n* 5+ Years of experience in Developing , Optimizing and Debugging CNC Machining Program.\n* Experience in CNC machine set up and operation specifically with Fanuc and siemens.\n* Hands-on experience in Control System programming such as Fanuc and Siemens and VMC, TC, and Multiaxis Machine operation capability.\n* Strong experience in CAD or CAM Software.\n* Strong experience in Cutting Theory, Tooling, and Machine Processes.\n* Hands on experience with customer (dealers and clients) support for CNC applications.\n\nPay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year\n\nBenefits:\n* 401(k)\n* Dental insurance\n* Health insurance\n* Life insurance\n* Relocation assistance\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* This position requires 70% to 80% travel, are you fine with this?\n* How many years of experience you have in CNC machine set up and operation?\n* How many years of experience you have in Customer support and giving training to the clients on CNC machines?\n* How many years of experience you have in Control Systems like \na.
