A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - ICU/n/nJob Details:/n• Work day shifts in 24-bed ICU unit with patient ratios of 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity patients)/n• 2 years of ICU experience required (will consider 1 year of strong experience)/n• Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills required/n• Must complete 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week period/n• Scheduling requirements: straight nights or 50/50 rotation/n• Float to PCU or serve as sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient units/n• Document using EPIC system/n• Participate in typical ICU procedures including rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial line placement, and chest tube placement/n• ACLS certification required/n• Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs/n• Work with CCT/US support during day shift when more than 10 patients present/n• Must be outgoing team player personality fit/n/nFacility:/nThis hospital provides comprehensive critical care services with a well-equipped 24-bed ICU unit staffed by 46 healthcare professionals.
