At InterCare, you'll find a rewarding and challenging work environment and a competitive compensation starting at $54,400 per year and is based on experience, a benefits package which includes: vacation/personal paid time off, sick time, 10 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement program, medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance.\r\nAt InterCare Community Health Network, we believe all people have the right to equal access to quality health care.\r\nWork Schedule: Hours are typically Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm\r\nThe Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.\r\nResponsible for managing recruitment for open positions at InterCare.\r\nEnsures Onboarding components are completed in time for New Hire Orientation.\r\nEnters and maintains all updated employee information in the HRIS correctly (including but not limited to position code, EEO, workers compensation codes, and standardized job titles).\r\nSend and review 30, 60, 90-day reviews and monitor and review employee performance processes.\r\nMay oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of of multiple areas in the department.\r\nReviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.\r\nPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.\r\nHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.\r\nMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.\r\nMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.\r\nAssists in developing, communicating, and interpreting HR policies and procedures to all employees and assigned managers with guidance from the HR Management.\r\nMonitor and audit internal programs, produce written reports identifying improper procedures or documentation, research issues, and make recommendations to improve policies and procedures.\r\nActs as a business partner to managers and executives with proper direction from the HR Management Team.\r\nCross-trained in other areas of Human Resources such as credentialing, onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave administration, student management, recruiting and special projects.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nInterCare now requires all employees to have the COVID vaccine.
