Don't wait apply today!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Industrial Painter Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 21.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am)Surface Preparation.Clean, sandblast, grind, or chemically treat surfaces prior to coating.Mask or plug holes, threads, and areas requiring no coating.Inspect materials for defects before coating Powder Application.Set up and operate powder coating spray guns, booths, and related equipment.Apply powder coating evenly to meet specified thickness and finish.Adjust equipment settings to optimize coverage and minimize waste.Load and unload parts onto racks, hooks, and conveyors.Curing and Finishing.Monitor oven temperatures, cure times, and material handling procedures.Remove finished products and inspect for color match, adhesion, thickness, and quality.Touch up or rework defective coatings as needed.Industrial Painter Qualifications:2+ years of industrial painting or powder coating experience requiredAbility to stand for 10-hour shiftAbility to lift 50-75lbsAttendance is crucial for this position, so reliable transportation is a mustApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
