This program empowers individuals who receive in-home services and/or their representatives to effectively manage their roles as employers of Support Workers. The work aligns with rules and policies established by the Oregon Home Care Commission, Oregon Department of Human Services, and Oregon Health Authority.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Program Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for eligible participants, their representatives, and family members.
