Location: Remote – Latin AmericaSchedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST + 5 flexible hours (after-hours or Saturday mornings)Equipment: Must have access to a computer with 16GB RAM and dual-monitor setup (or willingness to adopt this setup; monitor can be provided if needed)OverviewWe are looking for a Client Success Coach to join a high-impact educational organization delivering personalized learning solutions. This is a hands-on, mission-driven role focused on guiding students through their learning journey, ensuring accountability, and helping them successfully complete their programs.You will act as a coach and coordinator, combining structure, motivation, and operational follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple students and platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students through customized learning plans via weekly Zoom check-insEnsure students stay on track with their learning pace (typically 4, 8, or 12-week programs)Monitor progress across multiple platforms and validate actual completion statusAnalyze engagement metrics and proactively identify and resolve roadblocksConduct high-volume, short coaching sessions (10-minute check-ins, 3–4 per hour)Maintain accurate student records and documentation across tools (Trello, Google Drive, internal systems)Collaborate with internal teams (coaches, instructors, leadership) to ensure a consistent student experienceCommunicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all student interactionsRequirements (Must-Haves)2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, coaching, or education-related rolesExperience working in fast-paced, virtual environmentsStrong ability to manage multiple tools, platforms, and workflows simultaneouslyProficiency with Zoom, Trello, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to balance empathy with accountability when working with studentsComfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalismNice to HaveExperience with LMS platforms or CRM systemsBackground in adult education, instructional design, or upskilling programsExperience working with third-party educational funders or grant-based programsExposure to virtual classroom coordination or academic program management
