Position Overview
As the Bank Teller for our Eagleville Branch, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers and supports their everyday banking needs. From processing transactions to assisting with account services, you play a vital role in the customer experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in accuracy, and is excited to be part of a community‑centered team dedicated to serving our neighbors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
Respond to inquiries regarding online banking, mobile banking, and debit cards.
Handle teller operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Initiate wire transfers, process check orders and order debit cards.
Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Balance cash, coin, and checks in the teller drawer daily and reconcile totals with system reports.
Prepares CTR’s and maintain familiarity with SAR’s procedures
Promote the Bank's products and services by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Demonstrates commitment, dependability and respect for the team with attendance, punctuality, and agreed-upon schedule of availability.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED required
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Prior cash-handling or banking experience preferred
Willing to attend continuing education related courses pertaining to job
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
