We are seeking an organized and strategic Project Manager to join our Recruiting team with excellent business development skills with internal and external stakeholders. This role will oversee the end-to-end project management of recruiting initiatives, from design to implementation. The ideal candidate will excel in working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, stakeholder alignment and project implementation.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nExternal Partnerships: Outreach, build and develop external partnerships to align with recruiting initiatives and workforce development programs. Support business development with partners while working with internal teams to identify and meet business goals\nProgram Management: End-to-end support building program from discovery, design and plan to launch. This includes working with business partners to identify need and strategize full program support, including all resources needed\nProgram Expansion: Support program growth across North American factories.
