Flex Final Ops - 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift

Position Title: FLEX Final OpsDepartment: FLEX Final OpsReports to: Supervisor, FLEX FINAL OPSPrimary Responsibility:Perform various types of testing and inspections on all RotoMetrics Flexible Die products using granite/poly surface plates with indicator stands, test machines, creasing machines, micrometers, calipers, and other types of check gauges.Duties and Responsibilities:Proofread paperwork and check material specifications versus customer materials when suppliedSet up and run a test machinePerform inspections of cut quality, liner strikes / several quality checks on toolsPerform final clearance checks on tools using indicators on stands when indicatedUpdate transactions using oracle and WIP mover programs on the computersOther related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectivesMinimum QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesMust have strong communication skillsAbility to assimilate and retain quickly a variety of information pertaining to several productsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work with minimal supervisionKnowledge of basic math skillsMust be able to pay close attention to detailsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentMust work well under pressureAbility to work well with othersAbility to work well in a team environmentBasic skill level of computersEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical requirementsAble to lift 35 pounds several times a day with one hand20/20 vision or betterStand for extended periods of timeAbility to look thru microscopes for detailSome overtime requiredPhysically able to wear PPE required to perform job tasks#ind
