Sales Representative / Estimator – Commercial RoofingTrillium Construction is hiring for a Sales Representative / Estimator with one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with roofing estimating experience and a strong background selling shingles and siding projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, performing roof inspections, preparing estimates and proposals, and selling commercial and industrial roofing services.Responsibilities:Self-generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and relationship buildingMarket company services through site visits, roof inspections, and proposal generationPrepare estimates, budgets, pricing, and forecasts for roofing, shingles, and siding projectsSell commercial and industrial roofing services to new and existing clientsSchedule and conduct customer meetings and office visitsCoordinate with service management and crews to ensure work is completed properly and on scheduleMeet with service crews to review project scope and customer expectationsRevisit project sites to verify customer satisfaction and quality of completed workMaintain organized sales tracking, reporting, and follow-up activitiesGrow market share and develop long-term customer relationshipsQualifications:Previous construction or industrial sales experience requiredCommercial roofing experience and knowledge requiredEstimating experience within roofing projects preferredExperience selling shingles and siding projects requiredProven ability to grow business and develop new accountsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong math, computer, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHighly motivated with a strong drive to sell and problem-solveExcellent time management and follow-up skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a respected and growing commercial roofing contractor offering long-term career growth and a strong team environment.
