Currently there are over 125 locations and over 300 vehicles, which support the business – and growing. The Fleet and EHS Manager, through coaching and the utilization of metrics, will assist the Head of Fleet and EHS to ensure Branch Operations Team to drive continuous improvement and improve the customer experience.\n\nEssential duties and responsibilities\nBefore are some of the primary areas the Fleet and EHS Manager will focus on in the performance of their duties:\n\nSafety:\n\nIncident management\n\nReporting\n\nTraining\n\nDriver and Warehouse\n\nSafety Committee\n\nImprovement\n\nAudits\n\nQuality:\n\nWarehouse and Transportation\n\nStore and Warehouse Operations:\n\nEmployee Onboarding\n\nForklift Management:\n\nTraining and Certification\n\nLease Management\n\nAcquisition\n\nPolicy and Procedures\n\nDriver and Fleet Management:\n\nElement Coordination\n\nDOT Compliance\n\nPolicies and Procedures\n\nDriver Training, Audits, Compliance\n\nTelematics Monitoring and Setup\n\nMaintenance & Lease Management primary contact for day-to-day issues.\n\nCarrier & Claims\n\nCrane Operations and compliance\n\nPurchasing and AP:\n\nWork with OEMs for Vehicles and Forklifts for purchasing negotiations, maintenance, and strategic needs in the future.\n\nWork with AP to ensure all vendors are paid in a timely effective manner.\n\nAssist the Head of Fleet and EHS of Company Owned Distribution as required.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nA combined 5+ years’ experience in store operations and logistics an emphasis in Safety and Quality in business operations is desired.\n\nBachelor's degree required\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans\n\nYour well-being matters at Bosch!
