Senior Program Manager – Epic Transformation

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)Duration: 18+ Months ContractRate: $70/hr (W2/C2C)We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Epic Refuel to lead a large-scale Epic optimization initiative. This role will drive the planning, execution, and stabilization of an enterprise-wide Epic refuel program, partnering closely with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams.ResponsibilitiesLead Epic Refuel program from planning through post-go-live stabilizationAct as the primary external program lead, collaborating with internal executives and stakeholdersEstablish and manage program governance, PMO structure, and delivery frameworksDrive organizational change management (OCM) to ensure user adoption across clinical and operational teamsCoordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, IT, and vendor partnersOversee resource planning, budgeting, vendor management, and risk mitigationEnsure successful integrated testing, deployment, and performance optimizationTrack and report program progress, KPIs, and business benefitsQualificationsStrong experience with Epic Refuel methodology, Epic governance, and healthcare IT environmentsKnowledge of Nova Notes, integrated testing, and Epic best practicesProven expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within clinical settingsDemonstrated ability to influence C-level executives, clinical leadership, and technical teamsExtensive experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and PMO operationsStrong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
