If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.\n\nThe achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nSupport the manufacturing operations for a large value stream within a product line platform.\nBe responsible for supporting all aspects of manufacturing execution, including execution to an MRP schedule, achieving positive variance to Hybrid Propulsion Unit (HPU) performance, and managing work-in-process to avoid aging WIP.\nInterface with the Consolidated Manufacturing Center and the Value Stream Leaders and Operations and make strategic decisions for the direction of the value stream related to manufacturing plans, including production planning and Cost Reduction Initiatives, and provide a recovery plan.\nHave a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the production organization concerned with the assembly and processing operations, including a thorough knowledge of manufacturing-related policies/procedures and quality and customer requirements.\nDrive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs.\nLead project execution for scheduled recovery efforts.\nSupport program projects such as reliability, in-service issues, and producibility.\nProvide a detailed line of balance (LOB) with robust actions on various production hardware.\nInterface with both internal and external customers’ locations, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and do follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders.\nWork with Value Stream Leads (VSL) to understand the customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.\n\nWhat You Will Bring:\n\nBachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering or equivalent experience\nStrong communication skills\nERP/Epicor experience\nProduction Control concepts, including WIP management, LOB, and TAKT\nExperience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts\nPreferred prior aerospace/defense experience\nPreferred Certification in Program Management, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing\n\nPay Range: $30/hour - $35/hour\n\nCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
