This role is responsible for estimating, scheduling, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to ConPro's quality standards.\r\nKey Responsibilities Project Management Schedule and coordinate all phases of construction projects\r\nManage in-house crews and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and quality\r\nOversee multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization\r\nConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety\r\nResolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns\r\nEnsure all work complies with Ontario Building Code and project specifications\r\nEstimating & Pre-Construction Meet with clients to review project scope, timelines, and expectations\r\nInterpret architectural drawings, structural details, and specifications\r\nPrepare accurate cost estimates using Buildertrend and internal systems\r\nSolicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers\r\nPrepare and issue tender packages to subcontractors and vendors\r\nReview and level bids to ensure completeness and competitiveness\r\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards\r\nProcurement & Scheduling Order materials and coordinate deliveries to align with project schedules\r\nMaintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors\r\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules\r\nAdjust schedules as required to mitigate delays\r\nFinancial Oversight Ensure projects meet or exceed target profit margins\r\nTrack project costs, labour, and material budgets\r\nReview and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers\r\nManage change orders and ensure proper documentation and billing\r\nWork with ownership to review job costing and financial performance\r\nClient & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle\r\nMaintain clear, skilled communication with clients, consultants, and trades\r\nProvide updates on timelines, budgets, and project progress\r\nManage client expectations and resolve concerns efficiently\r\nTeam & Office Coordination Oversee and support office staff related to project coordination and administration\r\nWork closely with accounting on invoicing, draws, and job costing\r\nAssist in developing internal systems, processes, and efficiencies\r\nSupport hiring, training, and development of field and office personnel\r\nQuality Control & Closeout Ensure all work meets ConPro's quality standards and client expectations\r\nConduct final walkthroughs and deficiency reviews\r\nCoordinate project closeout, including warranties and documentation\r\nEnsure sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented upon completion\r\nQualifications 3–7+ years experience in construction project management and/or estimating\r\nStrong understanding of residential and light commercial construction\r\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts\r\nExperience with Buildertrend or similar project management software\r\nStrong organizational and time management skills\r\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities\r\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\r\nKnowledge of Ontario Building Code and local construction practices\r\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience in design-build environments\r\nEstablished relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers\r\nBackground in estimating, tendering, and cost control\r\nFamiliarity with
