Our mission is to make roofs affordable for our clients through the wide range of financing options we have available.\n\n*About the role*\n\nWe are hiring self-motivated Remote Roofing Sales Agents to sell roofing systems to homeowners from the comfort of home. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position with no driving and no door knocking. You will speak with interested homeowners about their roofing options and help them make financially savvy decisions. The company provides CRM, leads, dialer, and other general business support items.\n\n*What you will do*\n\n- Contact and follow up with homeowners who request a roofing estimate\n\n- Help clients understand the best roofing options for their home and budget\n\n- Present pricing, prepare quotes and close sales by phone, email and video\n\n- Keep accurate notes and pipeline updates in our CRM\n\n- Meet time based sales quotas\n\n*What we are looking for*\n\n- Full-time availability (40 hours weekly)\n\n- Excellent phone and written communication skills\n\n- Self-starter who can work with little to no supervision\n\n- Quiet home office with a computer and reliable high-speed internet\n\n- Sales experience preferred but not required, on-the-job training provided\n\n*Compensation*\n\nThis is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
