House Cleaner

We are seeking a Subcontractor to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized cleaning services to our clients. This role requires expertise in various cleaning areas such as air bnb turnover, residential, and commercial cleaning. *Responsibilities* - Perform a range of cleaning tasks including custodial duties, sanitizing surfaces, and laundering items - Provide exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality cleaning services - Execute commercial cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in various settings - Handle residential cleaning assignments with attention to detail and efficiency *Qualifications* - Prior experience in housekeeping management or related cleaning roles - Proficiency in a variety of cleaning tasks including floor care, commercial and residential cleaning - Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients - Ability to sanitize and maintain cleanliness in diverse environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Tips Experience: Cleaning: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Tampa, FL (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: On the road
