In this remote role, you will take primary responsibility for the system design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned clinical applications.This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst with strong Epic implementation experience—specifically within Mammo/Radiant—to drive system optimization and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve functional workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Optimization & Build: Participate in future-state workflow reviews, complete necessary system builds, and identify opportunities for functional application improvements.Technical Problem Solving: Research complex issues, utilize independent analysis, and design effective solutions or workarounds to address system limitations.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with vendors, project teams, healthcare professionals, and end-users (including Directors and above) to design and implement enhancements.Tier-2 Support: Provide high-level support for application incidents reported through the help desk.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation and implement changes using documented processes compliant with departmental policies.Technical \"Must-Haves\"Proven experience with Epic Implementation.Direct experience with Epic Mammo / Radiant modules.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: High school diploma or GED required.Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of related technical or clinical systems experience.Licensure/Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities to solve both business and technical problems.
