This role works closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to help develop reliable, responsible, and actionable data-driven solutions that improve Leoforce's AI-powered recruiting intelligence platform.Essential Functions:\r\nCollect, clean, organize, and validate data for analytics, machine learning, and AI projects.\r\nAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.\r\nSupport development, testing, and evaluation of statistical, machine learning, and AI models.\r\nAssist with data preparation, feature engineering, prompt development, benchmarking, and evaluation.\r\nEvaluate model outputs and document findings, limitations, and next steps.\r\nSupport applied AI projects, including conversational AI, document intelligence, and knowledge retrieval.\r\nBuild and maintain Python, SQL, notebook-based workflows, visualizations, dashboards, and reports.\r\nSupport testing, validation, documentation, and monitoring of data science and AI solutions.\r\nCollaborate with data science, engineering, product, and business teams on shared deliverables.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\n?
