This is an associate to hire opportunity in Greenwood, MO.\r\nMaterial Handler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\r\nPull and verify materials using pick lists to ensure inventory accuracy\r\nSupply production lines and support daily production goals\r\nPack, stack, and prepare products for shipment\r\nBuild and organize pallets for outgoing orders\r\nUse handheld scanners to complete inventory transactions\r\nMonitor inventory levels and report shortages to leadership\r\nMaintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards)\r\nAssist with the flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process\r\nOperate pallet jacks and assist with forklift operations (as needed)\r\nSupport team members and contribute to overall production efficiency\r\nPerform additional duties as assigned\r\nMaterial Handler Requirements:\r\nHigh school diploma or GED\r\nPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred\r\nExperience using scanners and basic computer systems\r\nComfortable standing in a small workspace for 10-hour shifts\r\nAbility to lift 50-70 pounds consistently\r\nAbility to stand for up to 10-hour shifts\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\r\nAbility to read and understand English pick lists\r\nAbility to operate or willingness to learn forklift and pallet jack\r\nIND137 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
