About the Opportunity:The Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing is responsible for leading pricing analysis and strategy for new and existing parcel business. This role supports business development, finance, and operations with pricing decisions and analytical insights that directly impact revenue and client relationships. The position also includes managing and developing pricing analysts and advancing pricing tools and reporting dashboards. The role is remote and prefers candidates in EST or CST time zones.3. Responsibilities:• Perform daily pricing for new and existing customers• Provide analytical support to strategic insights, business development, and parcel operations teams• Assist in staffing, hiring, training, and managing analysts• Develop and enhance pricing and analytics models• Participate in strategy discussions on analytics and pricing roadmap• Support development and maintenance of automated client-facing and internal reporting dashboards• Manage the annual price increase process including data analysis and system updates• Perform other duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field• Four or more years of pricing experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Self-driven with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PC-based spreadsheet applications• Advanced technical skills in strategic analysis• Knowledge of DOMO platform• Preferred: Master’s degree in business or finance, experience with Python, and intermediate knowledge of logistics• Preferred: Two or more years of experience with the organization’s systems or practices5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salaried position• Minimum pay range: $110,000• Maximum pay range: $130,000• Position may be eligible for annual bonus, commission, or long-term incentive plans based on level and type6.
