Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Police Officer in Mission, KS. The Police Officer will be responsible for maintaining law and order, protecting life and property, preventing and detecting crime, and enforcing laws and ordinances. The Police Officer will gather evidence and conduct criminal investigations while providing assistance and service to our community. Qualifications Must be a certified Police OfficerExperience in evidence collection and criminal investigationsKnowledge of law enforcement practices, procedures, and techniquesAbility to interpret and apply federal, state, and local laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in high-stress situations and make sound decisionsPhysical and mental fitness to perform the duties of a Police OfficerA Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or a related field is preferredBilingualism is a plus
