Responsibilities Include: The Successful Candidate will be able to do the following- Reviewing claim status of Anthem, United Health Care, Buckeye, Molina and other insurance companies via phone or online Resolving claim issues and re-submitting claims when necessary Investigation of claim denials Assisting patients and insurance companies regarding problem resolution and corrections of claims. Skills & Knowledge: The successful applicant will have... Working knowledge of payers such as Anthem, United Health Care, Buckeye, and Molina, etc. Excellent Customer Service skills, strong communication skills Knowledge of medical billing terminology required Knowledge of appeals is a plus!
