Job Description Entry-Level Test Engineer Sirius Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Test Engineer for a role in Whitsett, NC. Pay: $23.10 Shift: 3:30p- 12a Job Summary This role supports manufacturing test operations in a production environment. The Test Engineer will work closely with engineering and production teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of hardware and systems. ResponsibilitiesSupport daily test operations to ensure products meet quality and performance standardsAssist in troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues during testingWork with engineering teams to identify root causes of test failuresSupport test setup, configuration, and maintenance of test equipmentAssist in maintaining test systems, including servers, code, and infrastructureSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and product lifecycle activitiesTrack and document test results, defects, and performance dataAssist in improving test processes, efficiency, and product qualitySupport installation and calibration of functional and reliability test equipmentFollow all quality, safety, and ESD handling procedures QualificationsHigh school diploma or technical certification requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred0-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or testing environmentsBasic understanding of hardware, electronics, or computer systemsFamiliarity with ESD-safe handling proceduresStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesBasic computer skills for data entry and system interactionAbility to stand for long periods and safely handle componentsAll applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Work EnvironmentManufacturing/production settingHands-on work with hardware and test equipmentFast-paced environment with production goals and deadlines Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
