This individual will be accountable for performance across the full contract lifecycle and will serve as the primary point of coordination between LMI's support team and government stakeholders, requiring frequent diplomacy in navigating competing priorities among authors, staff, and Sponsor leadership. This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nGuide and lead team of 15+ people and lead overall task order coordination with the Sponsor for requirements, schedule, due dates, and priorities to ensure task order requirements are executed effectively and exceed customer expectations.\nCollaborate with the team on task status and proactively communicate with Sponsor leads about issues that may affect schedules or milestone deliverables, bringing proactive solutions before issues escalate.\nServe as an intermediary between staff, authors, and Sponsor stakeholders, resolving process disagreements diplomatically and professionally.\nManage subcontractor and teaming partner performance, ensuring their staff meet contract requirements, quality standards, and schedule commitments as part of the integrated program team.\nHold a monthly Program Management Review covering progress against requirements, potential problems, and mitigation/corrective actions; deliver Monthly Contract Status Reports with financial summaries, invoice details, and estimates to completion.\nOversee staffing and personnel management, including forecasting demand, building qualified talent pools, and sourcing cleared, expert personnel through external hiring or internal bench mobilization, while identifying opportunities to grow the contract through additional task orders and expanded scope.\nQualifications:\nAt least 20 years of relevant professional work experience, including at least 5 years directly managing programs.\nDemonstrated program management experience leading a classified, mission-critical intelligence support contract or task order.\nExperience managing cost, schedule, and risk on a federal task order, including monthly financial and status reporting.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nExceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.\n\nBonus Qualifications:\n\nFamiliarity with content management and production scheduling.\nExperience with Deltek Costpoint, ServiceNow-based project portals, or comparable enterprise project/financial management tools.\n\nTarget salary range: $180,000 - $230,000\n\nDisclaimer:\n\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
