This role focuses on resolving everyday IT issues and maintaining a productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common applicationsManage user accounts, access control, and permissions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory)Support office network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)Set up and maintain meeting room AV and conferencing systemsPerform system updates, patching, and antivirus managementAssist in onboarding/offboarding employees (device setup, accounts)Maintain IT inventory and documentationEscalate complex issues to higher-level IT teamsExperience & QualificationsRequiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of technical support experienceStrong knowledge of:Windows and/or macOS environmentsMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365Basic networking conceptsPreferredExperience with Active Directory, Azure AD, or Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM)Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL FoundationKey CompetenciesExcellent customer service mindsetProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsClear communication with non-technical usersTime management and multitasking abilityCompensationFull-Time, Exempt$50,000-$70,000/year, DOEBenefitsHealth Coverage – Medical, Dental & VisionFSA Health and Dependent Care available401(k) PlanUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)Observed Holidays PaidCell Phone AllowanceCollaborative, growth-driven cultureCandidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
