Come learn from the best!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAs a Project Engineer, you will:\nLearn and become proficient in functions within the Project Controls department.\nBecome knowledgeable in the functions of the Estimating department.\nLearn and be able to perform the functions within the Purchasing and Tool & Equipment.\nUnderstand the commercial terms and conditions for projects.\nUnderstand and gain exposure to craft labor agreements.\nUnderstand and gain exposure to various contract strategies and types.\nParticipate in Construction Operations Meetings.\nPerform accounting system functions.\nActively participate in customer entertainment and develop relationships with customers.\nAttend Risk Management training to understand levels of risk that the company will accept.\nLearn to perform safety audits and perform at least one per week.\nParticipate in company Safety Incentive programs and in daily safety planning activities.\nParticipate in Quality Action Teams and actively seek areas where we can improve day to day operations and procedures.\nUnderstand the company Marketing Plan and assist in pursuit of projects.\nCommunicate, through the appropriate channels, any observations of noncompliance with the Guiding Principles and Core Values of the company.\nREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.\nWe will train an entry level graduate and/or hire an experienced industrial construction project engineer.\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive Pay with Bonus\nPTO and paid holidays\n401K/Profit Sharing with company match\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance\nLife, AD&D and Disability benefits\nPet Insurance\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Volunteer Time Off\nABOUT US\nBMWC tackles the world's toughest and most daunting industrial construction challenges.
