This includes an ability to autonomously operate the building, know and perform each floor role, assist in office work, resolve guest concerns, train new staff, and hold staff accountable through teaching and if necessary, discipline, to NCG Standards.Position requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older with thorough knowledge and ability to complete job responsibilities of Usher, Dual, and Team LeadAbility to self lead and prioritize building tasks that need completed from cleaning and sanitation to movie presentation, concessions and concession inventoryResponsible and approachable manager whom employees can trust and go to in the absence of the General Manager being availableManaging employees by supporting hiring, leading training, 1-1 engagement meetings, and supporting disciplineSupporting smooth business operations including all related duties for opening and closing the cinemaFlexibility to take on additional delegated responsibilities by the GMWillingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysLift up to 40 pounds and maintain balance while carrying heavy and odd-shaped objects
