Director, Enterprise Sales (US) – Banking/FSIs

World-leading AI-powered regtech firm is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive – Banks & FSIs (US) to join their rapidly expanding and successful team in NYC (hybrid). Their advanced financial crime platform is utilised by blue chip financial institutions globally.This role will require an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive from the SaaS technology space, with solid experience in selling into enterprise scale FSIs/banks across the region. This is a great opportunity for somebody to utilise their network and experience at a rapidly growing, prestigious SaaS company with an exceptional product.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales/revenue objectives through new client growth to support overall company growth goals.Completes sales cycle responsibility, including lead generation, qualification, and overall pipeline management and development.Develops and executes a structured prospecting plan to target large companies across industry verticals, selling software solutions and consulting services to C Level Executives, Management Teams, and end users.Develops effective relationships with key decision makers within the customer or prospect’s organisation to sell your clients the best product and service to close the gaps and improve costs.Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDAs & MSAs, etc.Build and manage strategic relationships with operational and executive staff or prospects to ensure the highest levels of efficient operational interaction.Use existing relationships within the partner organisation to develop deep and trusted advisory relationships and net-new deal leads generation.Work with regional partnerships teams to further enhance commercial relationships/activityQualificationsOver 10 years of experience with proven success in software sales to the financial services industryPrevious experience dealing with sales to large enterprise institutions and working across a variety of stakeholders including c-level executivesA proven success in financial services to the financial services industryExcellent interpersonal skills build trusted internal and external relationships.Results driven, self-starter that can excel in a fast-paced environment.Dynamic interpersonal skills are a critical success factor for this role, including assertiveness, impactful communication style with ability to influence actions/business decisions, high energy level with a bias for action, high credibility/respect from colleagues, and an enthusiastic attitude.Previous experience selling Fraud/Risk/Compliance solutions is a nice bonus.BenefitsMarket-leading salary and bonus schemeComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage provided through Cigna Access to Cobra Coverage Employee Assistance Programme401k retirement savings plan Life, Accident, and Disability CoverParticipation in a Savings and Transformation Scheme Opportunity to earn an annual company bonus based on performance Generous 20 days of leave annually + 3 company closure days for designated holidays Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge Fintech product, utilizing the latest tools and technologies Complimentary lunches provided in the office WFH set-up allowance to support a comfortable and efficient remote working environment--EligibilityWe can only accept applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the US.
