standards.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with the project manager, estimator, project superintendent and design team.\n\nCommunicate company values and expectations and apply them constantly and consistently.\n\nUphold safety standards and require fellow team members to do the same.\n\nAnalyze and understand plans and specifications for each project.\n\nEnsure plans and specifications align with submittal/RFP packages sent from subcontractors before sending to the design team to review.\n\nAssist with the budgeting and estimating processes, survey scope quantities, enter data in estimating software and attend the estimate review with the project manager.\n\nDraft subcontractors, purchase orders and change orders for review/approval by the Project Manager.\n\nAssist the project manager with subcontractor management and material procurement.\n\nDevelop site logistics plans, phasing and completion plans working with the Superintendent.\n\nAssist the Project Team with developing and maintaining project schedules\n\nReview trade partner pay applications and insurance requirements for alignment with project and company specifications.\n\nEffectively compile and manage RFIs\n\nRequirements\nRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities\n\nKnowledge of and ability to follow OSHA, and Hutton safety protocols.\n\nKnowledge of building codes, design, site control, inspection procedures and scheduling.\n\nAbility to read, understand and communicate plans and specifications.\n\nAble to lead and motivate others to accomplish tasks safely.\n\nAble to productively work in a team environment.\n\nAble to follow directions as specified.\n\nAble to clearly communicate instructions and expectations.\n\nAble to do repetitive detailed work as needed.\n\nAble to solve problems quickly with tact and diplomacy.\n\nAble to get to and from work utilizing own transportation and company vehicles.\n\nSpecial Requirements & Software Skills Preferred\n\nOSHA 10/30-Hour Certified\n\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\n\nConstruction Scheduling Software (ASTA, Primavera or Equivalent)\n\nEstimating Software (Timberline, Beck or Equivalent)\n\nPDF viewer and editing software (Bluebeam, Adobe or Equivalent)\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nBachelor’s in construction management, construction science, business administration, engineering, or related field is preferred\n\nTraining opportunities will be available on the job to further advance your skills\n\nWork Environment\n\nYou will work mainly within an office environment with regular opportunities for site visits and onsite opportunities\n\nCollaborative Team environment consisting of
