Digital Coordinator
Position OverviewGlo Skin Beauty is seeking an Los Angeles based motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce + TikTok Shop Coordinator to support the daily operations of our digital commerce ecosystem, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and web merchandising initiatives.This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in ecommerce and digital retail. The Coordinator will play a hands-on role in maintaining site accuracy, supporting promotional execution, managing TikTok Shop operations, and assisting with web help tickets and platform optimizations.This role works closely with the Director of Ecommerce and cross-functional partners across marketing, creative, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience across DTC and B2B platforms.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesShopify Site Support + Web OperationsAssist with day-to-day management of the Shopify storefront (DTC, B2B, and Canada as applicable)Support product setup including descriptions, imagery uploads, metafields, tagging, categorization, and inventory checksExecute promo code setup and basic merchandising updatesQA landing pages, PDPs, and promotional pages before launchMonitor and respond to WebHelp tickets related to:Website promotionsOrder issuesFunctionality errorsPassword resetsBasic troubleshooting requestsConduct routine site audits to identify broken links, outdated content, and merchandising gapsAssist in maintaining product catalog accuracy across front-end and back-end systemsSupport subscription setup and product tagging as neededTikTok Shop ManagementSupport the day-to-day operations of TikTok ShopAssist with product listings, content uploads, SKU setup, and pricing alignmentEnsure product imagery, descriptions, and branding meet company standardsMonitor TikTok Shop orders and coordinate with operations/customer service when issues ariseAssist in executing TikTok promotions, creator collaborations, and campaign launchesConduct routine audits of TikTok Shop for accuracy and brand consistencyTrack basic performance metrics and support reportingSite Merchandising + Campaign ExecutionAssist with homepage updates and merchandising changes tied to campaignsSupport launch execution for new products across Shopify and TikTokBuild and QA landing pages using Shopify or page builder tools (e.g., GemPages)Support seasonal updates, promotional swaps, and visual refreshesCoordinate with creative to upload assets and ensure correct formattingAdministrative + Operational SupportMaintain organized documentation of site updates, promo codes, and merchandising calendarsAssist with data pulls from Shopify and TikTok Shop for reportingHelp prepare weekly site performance summariesStay current on ecommerce and TikTok commerce trendsAmazonConduct routine audits of Amazon product detail pages (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend keywords)Assist with data pulls and report builds as needed Support ongoing quality assurance processes to maintain a high-performing and compliant Amazon catalogAssist with product listings, content uploads, ASIN setupExperience0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or related internshipsExperience with Shopify (internship, coursework, or personal projects) preferredFamiliarity with TikTok as a platform -
