Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and industrial equipment. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Manage maintenance schedules. Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of industrial machinery while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new equipment installations to ensure timely completion within budget. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance records. Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including high voltage and low voltage systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management best practices. Ability to interpret technical schematics and troubleshoot complex machinery issues efficiently. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English with strong communication skills essential for team coordination and safety reporting. Snow removal pay differential is available. Must be able to operate payloader, Bobcat, snowblowers. Assist in purchasing equipment as needed. Snow must be removed on timely basis. Manage snow and salt supplies and the physical plant.
