About the CompanyOur client is hiring a Senior SEM Manager to lead large-scale customer acquisition campaigns focused on profitable lead generation.About the RoleThis role is ideal for a highly analytical, performance-driven Google Ads expert who understands how to scale high-CAC campaigns while maintaining strong lead quality and acquisition efficiency.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll own strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and performance analysis across major Google Ads channels including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Remarketing.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where success is measured by scalable growth, efficient CACs, attribution accuracy, and measurable revenue performance.Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns at scale.Manage campaigns across Search, Pmax, YouTube, Display and Remarketing.Conduct keyword expansion and search term optimization.Improve Quality Score, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency.Optimize toward CPL, CAC, and ROAS.Scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.Test bidding strategies, audience segmentation, landing pages, and creative variations.Partner closely with attribution and CRM teams to improve tracking accuracy.Analyze campaign performance data to uncover growth and scaling opportunities.Qualifications5+ years managing paid search campaigns.Experience managing six-figure monthly media budgets.Strong background in direct-response lead generation.Required SkillsDeep understanding of:Google Ads EditorGA4Google Tag Manager (GTM)Call tracking systemsOffline conversion importsBidding strategy optimizationPreferred SkillsHighly analytical and data-driven.Comfortable operating in fast-scaling environments.Obsessed with lead quality and acquisition efficiency.Strong experimentation and optimization mindset.Hands-on operator, not just a strategist.Understands complex attribution models and sales funnels.Pay range and compensation packageBase Salary: $120K–$200KPerformance BonusIf you’re a high-level Google Ads operator who thrives in performance-driven environments and enjoys scaling sophisticated lead generation campaigns, we’d love to connect.
