Nurse, PRN “As Needed”

DescriptionFour Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. needs a licensed nurse for an as-needed position covering both our Social Detox and our Medically Assisted Treatment program, Operation Recovery, located in Price, Utah. Must have a valid Utah LPN or RN license. Shifts vary with some flexibility in scheduling and rotating weekends. Looking for availability 3-4 days/week. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers, and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The position involves a wide spectrum of services, including administering medications to patients, performing vitals, medical assessments, and blood draws on patients. Starting pay for an LPN is $27.01/hr. and an RN is $31.30/hr; salary depends on experience and licensure.RequirementsMaintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement.
