Roles and responsibilities include: • Serve as Scrum Master for two or more development teams in an Agile SAFe environment • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and team level PI planning activities • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning • Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity • Track and communicate progress, risks, and metrics that matter, and explain why they matter • Promote positive team dynamics, open communication, and psychological safety • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
