Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead and develop a high-performing Solution Development organization across consulting, engineering, and solution design disciplines.\r\nDrive profitable order intake growth by improving win rates, solution differentiation, and margin quality.\r\nDefine and govern solution architecture standards, design frameworks, and quoting methodologies.\r\nImprove proposal speed, quality, and accuracy through scalable processes, tools, and continuous improvement.\r\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver compelling, executable solutions.\r\nChampion the integration of software (e.g., WMS, WCS, simulation) into end-to-end solution design.\r\nEnsure operational readiness and seamless transition from solution design to project execution.\r\nBuild organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and strategic workforce design.\r\nRequirements\r\nProven leadership experience (15+ years) leading large, complex, and matrixed technical or solution organizations.\r\nStrong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing deal outcomes and business performance.\r\nDeep expertise in supply chain, automation, distribution center operations, or solution design.\r\nStrong software knowledge, including experience shaping or executing a go-to-market strategy for integrated solution portfolios.\r\nAbility to develop and implement scalable processes, governance models, and operational efficiencies.\r\nExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.\r\nStrategic mindset with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution and results.\r\nDemonstrated success leading business transformation, shifting organizations from traditional delivery models to customer-centric, value-based partnerships.\r\nDemonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments.\r\nExperience desired: Advanced-level with industry expertise.\r\nEducation: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or executive leadership credentials preferred.\r\nOther requirements: 40% travel (may include international).
