Job description J&H Family Stores is looking for Barista/Baker for our Tim Hortons location in Lowell, MI Currently this location is open 6am-6pm M-Sat. and 8am-6pm Sun. Baker starts at 4am Monday - Friday and 6am Saturday and Sunday. Hours will vary MUST BE 18+ or Older AND HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY Tasks and Responsibilities Baker is responsible for baking, decorating, and getting the location ready to open Prepare customer orders, including baked goods, beverages, sandwiches, and more. Balance orders between front counter and drive-thru, including maintaining speed-of-service times to meet Tim Hortons standards. Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer. Keep a clean, organized work space, including lobby and back-of-house areas. Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
