Lab Associate I

IntroductionWe are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role involves handling and processing various samples as part of our streamlined workflow. Ideal candidates will have experience working in high-volume settings and be comfortable with the physical demands of the position.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as LabCorp, Quest, or a large hospital.Comfortable handling biological samples including blood, urine, fecals, and biopsies, with appropriate PPE.Ability to work the assigned shift hours without flexibility on days or times.Physical ability to sit, stand, and move for long periods during the shift.Prior work experience in the client's industry or similar environments.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsOvernight work experience or willingness to work overnight shifts.Experience in fulfillment roles at companies like Amazon or FedEx, or in food service.A recent degree in Biology with fast-paced work history.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCheck in couriers and manage sample logistics within the lab.Unbag, barcode, and move samples around the lab effectively.Load samples into analyzers and centrifuges, and swirl samples with chemicals as required.Retrieve samples from refrigerated storage areas.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
