Our team provides quality recruiting services along with employee screening to help find the best candidates for the job.\nOur client is looking for a Controls Engineer to join their team in Montezuma, IA\nThis position pays between 75k - 85k/year\nSummary:\nProvides technical expertise for programming installation and maintenance of new and existing\nequipment to ensure product quality and continuous improvement to the manufacturing\nprocesses. Responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing/support equipment while keeping\nsafety as priority. Provide training and technical support to production and skilled trade team\nmembers.\nJob Responsibilities:\n1. Ensure that operator safety devices function properly.\n2. Ability to perform electrical diagnosis, recommend repair or repair as needed.\n3. To work in a safe, quality minded and productive manner with a sense of urgency\nto achieve maintenance deadlines and to attain production priorities as scheduled.\n4. Support goal of achieving first time quality and efficiency.\n5. Maintain accurate documentation resulting in shared knowledge of issues and lessons\nlearned.\n6. Troubleshoot and train others on identifying root causes of equipment failures.\n7. Oversee all upgrades and programming changes.\n8. Ensure that line is built in accordance with all aspects of the latest version of the LMV\nAutomotive Systems build standards.\n9.
