You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to inform strategic initiatives.\nThis is a part-time, remote opportunity. In this role, the individual will work 80 hours a month/20 hours per week, which allows for relatively flexible hours, however at least half of the work will be completed during business hours when some of the communications that are related to the work may need to occur.\nResponsibilities\nGather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nIdentify trends, correlations, and patterns within data to help drive business decisions.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key findings to stakeholders.\nPerform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high-quality analysis.\nWork with business teams to understand data needs and provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.\nUse statistical methods to analyze data, providing insights on customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.\nSupport the automation of data processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency in data analysis workflows.\nProvide actionable insights to leadership, helping shape business strategies and drive data-driven decisions.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.\n5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role\n5+ years of experience in Python\nExperience in Microsoft Azure environment\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nAbility to obtain a Public Trust (Tier 1) Security Clearance\nExperience in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks\nExperience in Data Mining, Data Modeling, Data Wrangling, Data Cleaning, and Data Visualization\nAbility to process large datasets of unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data\nProficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.\nProactive and entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in an exciting and demanding environment.\nStrong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.\nExperience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and ETL processes.\nFamiliarity with statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts is a plus.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nWhy CORMAC?\nAt CORMAC, we leverage the power of data management and analytics to enable our customers to achieve their strategic goals.
